Meet me on the corner before school. The day hasn't told us what we can't do yet, and all our friends are here to help us ignore it when it tries. Somebody's talking about the coast. Somebody's got a song. For a little while, every dream we've got fits on this one patch of pavement.

COOL KIDS' CORNER

We're on the Cool Kids' Corner
Right before the start of School
We're on the Cool Kids' Corner
And we're breaking all the rules
Dancin' in the Sunshine
To the Grateful Dead
Playin' Spin the Bottle
With a Marlboro Red

Right down on Moreno
Next to Lasky Drive
Cop out on his Harley
Tryin' to keep us alive
Some kids from in the Valley
Come on drivin' by
Say Hello to the Cool Kids
Down at Beverly High

90210
Is the place you want to be
A little North of Pico
In the Hills of Beverly
We'll be Kung Fu Fightin'
Till it's long after Dark
On the Baseball Diamond
Down at Roxbury Park

My Baby and Me are way up
In the Rocket Ship
Sun is comin' up
When I Kiss her lips
I just cannot get enough
Of a Mornin' such as this
So now, we're gonna open up
And really let her rip

We're on the Cool Kids' Corner
It's an Hour after School
The Cool Kids' Corner
And we're breakin' all the rules
It's a whole new Summer
And there ain't no Summer School
School is finally over
In the 2nd Week of June

The Cool Kids' Corner
You can come on and hang out
Cool Kids' Corner
But you gotta Twist & Shout
Southern California
Come on out to Malibu
There's a little Girl, I warn ya
And She's comin' after you

OUTRO:

Cool Kids' Corner
Baby, I'm talkin' to you
Cool Kids' Corner
All our Dreams are comin' true ~
