Those nines keep turning up like they're trying to tell me something. Bells, borderlines, another train coming through. I've spent enough time chasing shadows. Maybe the work now is simpler: tend what grows, protect what I love, and listen to the voice I keep outrunning. The circle can wait while I find my footing inside it.

CIRCLE OF 9’S

3 9’s roll up on the Center Line
A lot of Bells and a big Fanfare
#9 goes a-Rollin’ on down the Line
And she acts like she don't care
I might not make it back in time
For when she fusses and messes up her hair
The Circle Of 9’s gonna come around in time
Gonna spin us outta Everywhere

We got some Rhythms in the Jungle
And is it really any Wonder
Everybody in this World
Is feelin’ like they're goin’ Under?
The Moon is shining through the Windows
Paradise is Lost inside the Shadows
We must all begin to Doubt
What this Secret's all about

You will have to find a Line
Somewhere on the Borderline
A glass of sweet Cherry Wine
And say Goodbye to your Life of Crime
If you can hear the children crying
If you can feel Mariah sighing
You must never think of dying
Don't leave your Lover crying

Your Body Electric can now Unwind
In the Circle Of 9’s inside your Mind
Plant your Seeds and tend your Crops
Make plans that you will never stop
Be the Record when it Drops
Get off the World when it Stops
Keep your Feet behind the Lines
Somewhere out on the Circle Of 9’s

Keep your Intentions and your Grand Designs
Keep them all to yourself as you travel that Line
You're going to find out that you are Divine
Somewhere out in the Circle Of 9’s
